MADAGASCAR GREBE Tachybaptus pelzelnii

Endemic to Madagascar, where Aloatra Grebe has already become extinct, these distant record shots did show succesful breeding with the prescence of two young. Classified as endangered, with a population of less than 5000, habitat loss, as with many Madagascan species, is the main problem.
