Not a Heron, nor Ibis, but superficially similar in appearance and habitat, Limpkins are
found from the Southern USA to Argentina. A monotypic family, they are often thought of as shy and secretive, but
in some areas are just the opposite, as these Argentinian birds show. Their closest relatives are now thought to be Cranes.
