In contrast to the previous species, this is a difficult bird to catch up with as it occurs primarily in West Africa but not as
far north as Gambia. The impression given in field guides is they are very similar species, but when these were photographed in Ghana they appeared very different, although I
suspect these were young birds. In addition they seem to spend the day in cover, only being easily seen at dusk.
