By far the largest range of any whistling-duck, from the Americas to
the Indian subcontinent, but seems to be far commoner in the Americas. Just about reaching the USA, we have
seen them in Texas, Costa Rica, Argentina and Madagascar, but not on the African mainland nor India. These shots were taken
at Costanera Sur in Buenos Aires.
